Jewelry Customization Process:
1. Appointment Booking

2. Understanding Your Needs
After understanding your requirements, we will provide a quote based on the complexity of the design and materials used, starting from $1,000.
3. Style Reference
Customers can explore Over the Moon's design styles on our website. If you like our style, we will proceed with the order. A deposit of $500 is required to start the jewelry design.
4. Choose Jewelry Type
Please inform us of the type of jewelry you desire:
- A. Bracelet / Necklace / Earrings
- B. Material options: Platinum / Gold / Silver / Rose Gold
Note: These choices will affect the final price and may incur additional charges.
5. Payment of Balance
Upon confirmation of the design, the balance will be collected, and we will begin the jewelry production.
6. Production Time
The time required for production depends on the complexity of the design. Simple designs take at least 2-3 working days, while designs requiring diamond setting or more complexity may take 2- 3 weeks.
7. Pickup Notification
Once the jewelry is complete, we will contact you to arrange for pickup.
8. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided.

- B. 材質選擇：鉑金 / K金 / 銀 / 玫瑰金
注意：以上選擇將影響最終價格，可能需要額外收費。

5. 支付尾款
在客戶確認設計後，將收取尾款，然後開始首飾的製作。

6. 製作時間
首飾的製作時間取決於設計的複雜程度。簡單設計需要至少 2-3 個工作天，而需鑲鑽石或較為複雜的設計，則約需 2 至 3 個星期。

7. 取貨通知
當首飾製作完成後，我們將聯絡您取貨。
